Maggie Fewkes

Bitter Jester Music Festival Judge

Maggie's foundation in music was built on stage - leading worship, blending in choir, and learning early-on how powerful a genuine connection can be.

She spent years performing in church worship bands and with MYAC Vocal Point choir as well as Bitter Jester Music Festival, experiences that shaped both her ear and her instinct for authenticity.

In 2019, she was selected as one of seven vocalists nationwide to attend Grammy Camp in Los Angeles, where she further developed her understanding of artistry at a national level.

Maggie later attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN, studying Commercial Vocal Performance and Music Business, where she bridged her creative roots with the inner workings of the industry. Along the way, she built a diverse background through internships with Lightning 100, Nashville’s longest-running independent radio station, and Washington Street Publishing, a music sync company, among others.

Today, she works in artist management within the Christian music space, supporting a full roster of artists.

Her current work spans the full scope of an artist’s career - from shaping brand identity and long-term vision to helping execute music releases, radio strategy, and audience growth. Working closely across creative and business teams, she helps guide how artists show up in the world, ensuring their message, music, and momentum all move in alignment.

As a Bitter Jester judge, Maggie brings a perspective shaped by both performance and industry insight.

She’s drawn to artists who not only sound great, but who understand who they are, what they’re saying, and how to make people feel it.
